Stick a Pin in It

I'm sure that's what Mom would like to do to her belly right now, because although she's had two little tiny teases of toots, her belly is still very distended and uncomfortable. She's up and moving as much as she can tolerate, and otherwise her hematocrit is back up, her blood pressure is back to her norm, and she is ready to go home!

It's been so great to see her so chipper. Amazing it's only been 3 days!

And I was getting ready to come home to hospital visits and free jello! This is awesome! Only I am a little bummed that I have to pay for jello now...

Gwennie,
Your Mamasan has two already made red jello's in the fridge at home. She's not going to want to see another one of those for a while, so enjoy!
Meanwhile, have a SAFE TRIP HOME!

There's no place like home, Auntie M. Just hope it's today or tomorrow at latest. Thinking and dreaming of seeing you again. Hope things are "moving through the engine room" at a better pace. xoxo

There's no place like home but there's no such thing as "red jello." It's either cherry or strawberry and it's made from real fruit because there are pictures of real cherries and real strawberries on the front of both the cherry jello and strawberry jello boxes.

Don't make Babette laugh! Don't you know it'll hurt her stomach?
